Hundreds attended the funeral of former President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih's beloved mother, Moomina Husseinfulhu, who passed away this morning at the age of 80 while undergoing treatment at ADK Hospital. She was buried at Galolhu Saharaa after Magrib Prayer.

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu, Vice President Hussein Mohamed Latheef, Parliament Speaker Abdul Raheem Abdulla, President of MDP, and other senior government officials conveyed their sincere condolences to former President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih.

In a message posted on the social media platform 'X', President Muizzu sought solace for the family during this difficult time. The President concluded his message by praying to Almighty Allah (SWT) to grant the late Moomina Husseinfulhu's soul eternal peace in Jannah.
