Dubai – The Maldives is making a powerful impression as the flagship country at the 32nd Arabian Travel Market (ATM), taking place from April 28 to May 1 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Led by the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) and supported by Tourism and Environment Minister Thoriq Ibrahim, this year’s delegation includes 230 representatives from 111 tourism businesses. The country is showcasing its world-class hospitality, cultural richness, and growing connectivity with the Middle East.

The Maldives’ pavilion at ATM 2025 features immersive cultural performances, Maldivian cuisine tastings, live art demos, and one-on-one meetings with key travel partners. The event also saw the launch of Maldivian Airlines’ new inflight magazine and multiple MoUs signed—most notably with Emirates and Qatar Airways, strengthening flight access between the Maldives and major hubs.

MMPRC is further boosting visibility with media interviews, targeted marketing campaigns, and high-impact branding, including taxi ads around the venue. The inaugural 'Maldivian Evening' brought together industry leaders and media in a cultural celebration aimed at building stronger B2B ties.

With over 14,000 visitors from the Middle East already recorded this year, MMPRC says the region remains a priority market. Through collaborations with influencers like Khalid Al Ameri and campaigns with DNATA and IATO, the Maldives continues to position itself as a top luxury and leisure destination.
