Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation, FDC signed an agreement with Indian Company to develop 2,000 housing units in Hulhumale'.

The engineering and procurement contact to develop 2,000 housing units was signed with Ashoka BuildCon Ltd on 27th May 2021. Under this agreement, the company will develop 1,500 units of 960 square feet with two bed rooms, and 500 units of 650 square feet with one bed room. 140 million dollar project is expected to be complete by 2023, and is funded by Indian Exim Bank loan facility.

Previously FDC signed agreements with two other parties to develop 2,000 housing by each. therefore with the new contract, a total of 6,000 housing units will be developed in Hulhumale' Second Phase.
