President Muizzu Honours Outstanding Students at ‘Top Achievers’ Award 2022-2023 Ceremony

Malé, Maldives – President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu attended the first session of the ‘Top Achievers’ Award 2022-2023 ceremony, held at Dharubaaruge on Thursday morning. The event celebrates the exceptional achievements of students in both national and international higher education examinations.
During the ceremony, President Muizzu presented awards and certificates to students who secured the top ranks globally in higher education examinations, as well as those who placed in the prestigious national top 10 rankings. The President praised the students' dedication and hard work, highlighting their accomplishments as a source of pride for the nation.
This year, the ‘Top Achievers’ Award will be held across three sessions. A total of 376 students were recognized for placing in the national top 10, while 441 students, including those who achieved top ranks in global higher education examinations, will be honoured in various sessions throughout the ceremony.
The awards highlight the government's commitment to recognizing academic excellence and encouraging future generations to strive for similar success. The event marks a significant moment for the Maldives' academic community, celebrating the achievements of students who have excelled on both national and international stages.
